This is a quick guide on how to use Prime Spending and Fantastic offers to generate gold and resources. While I do suggest even just skimming this guide via the Table of Contents, there is a quick summary of the Prime Spending Strategy here by Mr President. Very quickly though, Prime Spending is a specific type of offer that gives rewards when you spend enough gold to reach target amounts.
Using specific versions of this offer on its own can give back a good portion of the gold you want to spend on things, but pairing them with buying Fantastic offers with gold, you can actually make a small profit in gold, and get a lot of other farm resources (seaweed items, regular tokens, championship coins etc).

How to use Fantastic and Prime Spending offers
EOTM = End Of The Month. A 4 day period at the end of each month where Fantastic Prime Spending offers are available. It was skipped for the latest month of December, possibly because of the holidays.
PS offer = Prime Spending offer. They can run for different lengths, but the specific versions that this strategy uses last for 55 minutes, starting either on the hour, or 5 minutes past. Though very rarely one of these PS’ have a length of 1H55M for some reason. PS offers appear for 1 day roughly every week, as well as during the EOTM period. And as you’ll see in the Types of Offers section, there is also a bad 2 hour long PS offer that is mixed in with the other 5 good types.
59K offers = Fantastic offers. Commonly referred to as 59K offers (because the most expensive one costs 59,999 gold), the Fantastic offers are a group of 4 offers that are available during the EOTM period. They last for 1 hour each, and call all be active at the same time. It is not completely known the schedule that they adhere to, but they appear every 2-4 hours, with them seeming to take longer to re-appear if you remain online. Whether you buy the offer or simply let them run out may effect the refresh time as well.

BWoF = Balloon Wheel of Fortune. A wheel of fortune that is available in the top-middle of the map. The backbone of the PS/EOTM strategy are balloon tokens you get from the offers, that you can spin in the BWoF to get great rewards.
